Ruan Perera

Founder & Group Director

With over 25 years’ experience in property development and a proven history leading some of the largest turnkey capital expenditure projects in Australia (circa $2B), Ruan has delivered a number of large-scale, significant development projects in Victoria and South Australia, ranging from $50M - $200M+.

Wayne Henry

Joint Founder and Group Director

The family business was sold successfully many years ago, with Wayne having overseen 
the acquisition and operational consolidation of facilities to achieve maximum synergies, union negotiations and processes for decertification. In Australia, Wayne previously operated a citrus packing company in the Riverland,  acting as majority shareholder and director.

Wayne has significant experience with property management and developments, particularly in California, with a focus on commercial property holdings and build-to-rent projects specialising in low income housing developments. His access to the US market and his established networks open up opportunities for investors and the longer term business expansions of the Group. 

Martin Casey

Group Director

Martin has worked very closely with Ruan for many years and will initially be focused on the near-term capital transaction deal closure and structuring requirements of the Group. Martin leads securing the mid-term capital requirements to underpin the long-term growth plans for the Group as a whole.

With experience both as an investment banker and lawyer, Martin’s deep knowledge and expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as general corporate advisory in the mid-markets will be a genuine asset to the Group. He has a significant track record in advising and closing deals on complex corporate transactions across a wide range of  industries, including ASX_Listed, large and small companies.

Alex Cook

Ventures Business Director

Alex brings over 35 years of experience across the full range of construction sectors and services. His experience includes management of organisations based in South Australia, as well as national and international.  

He has a strong focus on being able to provide end-to-end solutions for clients, providing direction and assistance through the concept and feasibility stage, right through to completion  
of construction.

As a Director of  the V Three Ventures Business and being an owner and Director for some of our key delivery partners (Urban SA Property Investments and Cook  Building), he provides leadership as well as hands on involvement in a wide variety of growth interests of the Group, Project Leadership, Business Development and Organisational Strategy.
